NEWSFLASH: HANDI'S CAKES HAS BEEN NAMED "CAKE DECORATOR OF THE YEAR" BY THE NATIONAL BAKING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION!
Cake Decorating Beginners courses, the contemporary Madhatter Cake, Handbag and Stiletto Cake courses, and classes on the art of traditional Sugar Flowers, are just some of the workshops available. All cake decorating classes are hands on and taught by Handi himself in a brand new cake studio in Kingsford, Sydney. It is a perfect opportunity for you to learn the secrets of Handi’s techniques and gather insight into his tips and tricks. Under Handi’s charismatic guidance, you will learn new skills and have a lot of fun.
Each class is designed to have a maximum of 10 students. This ensures classes are intimate. Students receive close support and attention from the master decorator himself. For course information, availability, and enrollment please click courses.
